The monomer acrylonitrile offers heat stability, while butadiene contributes to impact strength and toughness. The styrene monomer provides rigidity to the thermoplastic. With good impact resistance, insulating properties and high stability is used in different processing technologies such as injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, 3D printing, etc.
(ABS) being lightweight can be injection moulded, making it the perfect choice for manufacturing a wide variety of applications such as musical instruments, kitchen appliances, luggage cases, toys, household goods, etc. Thermal resistance property also makes it suitable for food containers, water bottles, computer products, battery cases, etc.
Polycarbonates are generally used in applications that require high impact resistance. Luggage manufacturing is one such area in which ABS or polycarbonates finds application. While on the other hand, polystyrene is used for making electronics, automobile parts, toys, equipment, etc. Since polystyrene doesn’t react with other materials, it is commonly used in refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, and other appliances.
High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the most commonly used plastic across the world and is made from the monomer ethylene. Since high-density polyethylene have a higher temperature, chemical resistance, and stiffness it finds use in molding applications such as HD Injection, HDF Blow, etc.
High tensile strength and excellent resistance to acids, bases, and vegetable oils make LLDPE perfect for making thinner films. Around 80% of the LLDPE is used for film applications for food packing. LLDPE also finds application in injection molding such as for kitchen accessories, toys, furniture parts, etc.
Low-density Polyethylene (LDPE) being low in density (0.91-0.94 g/cm3) makes it flexible and light. LDPE is produced by the process of polymerization of ethylene at a very high temperature in a tubular reactor. LDPE, having excellent resistance to acids and bases, finds application in the manufacturing of plastic bags, dispensing bottles, laboratory equipment, containers, etc.
Being a leading supplier of polyethylene and backed by our support team, KVN Impex offers world-class service to our customers. Our innovative technology and development process helps us to provide products that offer superior performance in a wide array of end-uses.

Polypropylene, a low-density plastic finds applications in various processing technologies such as injection moulding, thermoforming, sheet extrusion, etc.
Polypropylene homopolymer consists of only propylene monomers in a semi-crystalline solid form. Homopolymer being more rigid and stronger is the most utilized polypropylene. The density of the homopolymer lies in the range of 0.904-0.908 g/cm3. With high performance in thermoforming, excellent chemical and temperature resistance homopolymer is widely used for various electrical, automotive, textile, and healthcare applications. Homopolymers find application in different processing technologies such as injection moulding, thermoforming, sheet extrusion, etc.
Polypropylene random copolymer is produced by polymerizing ethene and propene together. Random copolymer resins have high clarity and transparency and are used in different processing technologies such as injection moulding, blow moulding, pipe, thermoforming, and so on. Compared to the homopolymer, the copolymer is a bit more durable and tougher and has better impact strength.

PVC is produced through the addition polymerization reaction of vinyl chloride monomers. Flexible PVC can be obtained by the addition of compatible plasticizers and filters, depending on the requirement.
KVN Impex – being a leader in the polymer industry for almost 20 years – are dealers in suspension/pipe grade and pipe fitting grade PVC. Our leading-edge technology helps us to offer products of superior quality which can be used for varied industrial as well as domestic applications.
Suspension grade PVC is manufactured by polymerizing droplets of Vinyl Chloride monomer suspended in water. By adding suitable suspended agents and polymerization catalysts, it is possible to change the structure of PVC particles. Less porous types find applications in windows, PVC pipes, etc. While on the other hand, more porous types find applications in cables, films, footwear manufacturing, etc.
